  • Car PPF (Paint Protection Film) Application
  • Service Contracts & Fleet Maintenance

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion without prior notice.

Booking and Appointments

  • Bookings can be made online, by phone, or directly at our website.
  • Appointments are subject to availability.
  • Customers must provide accurate information including vehicle details and contact information.
  • Late arrivals may result in rescheduling or cancellation.

Estimates and Pricing

  • All estimates provided for car service are preliminary and subject to change after a full inspection.

  • Prices are quoted in AED and may include VAT where applicable.

Payment Terms

  • Unpaid balances may result in the withholding of the vehicle until settlement.

Parts and Warranty

  • We use genuine or OEM-equivalent parts for all repairs unless otherwise requested by the customer.
  • Warranties on parts and labor vary depending on the service type and will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • Warranty claims are valid only if 800Sayara carries out repairs and the vehicle has not been tampered with by third parties.
  • Wear-and-tear items (e.g., tyres, brake pads) are not covered under warranty.

Customer Responsibilities

By booking our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding your vehicle.
  • Remove personal belongings before handing over the car.
  • Ensure that the vehicle is road-legal and safe to drive into our facility.
  • Collect your vehicle within the agreed timeline after service completion.

800Sayara is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.

Liability

  • While every effort is made to deliver high-quality work, 800Sayara shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service delays, part availability, or vehicle pre-existing conditions.
  • Our liability is limited to the actual cost of the service provided.
  • Customers must report any issues related to the service within 7 days of vehicle collection.

Vehicle Storage and Uncollected Cars

  • Vehicles left uncollected beyond 7 days after service completion may incur daily storage charges.
  • Vehicles not collected within 30 days may be reported to authorities in accordance with UAE law.

Service Contracts and Fleet Agreements

  • Service contracts are subject to separate terms outlined in the agreement.
  • Fleet customers must comply with agreed schedules and payment terms.
  • Failure to comply may result in suspension of services.

Use of Website

  • The content on our website is for informational purposes only.
  • Unauthorized use of the website may give rise to a claim for damages or be a criminal offense under UAE law.
  • Customers must not attempt to copy, modify, or distribute website content without written consent.
